Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Therapy
I Believe in the Healing Power of Psychedelics
The Psychedelic Renaissance is in full swing, and with legalization and expanded access just around the corner, more people are finding their way to these powerful medicines. With the countless studies being published showing the dramatic healing power of Psychedelics, there is so much hope for the future.
As this psychedelic healing ecosystem opens up to us, and we pave a new path of exploration and healing, one of the biggest missing pieces is:
- Integration -

What is Integration?
There does not appear to be one agreed upon definition in the field of Psychedelic Therapy, and I don’t claim to know the answer to this question.
Here are some of the ideas around integration I have found helpful in my own healing:
Telling the story of your most impactful experiences and being witnessed
Relating your story to ancient archetypal stories to gain insights
Uncovering unconscious patterns and memories and processing them
Working with trauma loops and finding where they are stored in your body
Identifying the various parts of your psyche and bringing them together
Choosing and committing to self care practices that work best for you
Discovering your passions and your dreams and taking steps to follow them

What is Integration Therapy?
Preparation is an important piece of integration.
Going into the experience with intention and appropriate set & setting can make all the difference.
I offer myself as a compassion mirror, helping to unpack the insights from your journey, and bringing the lessons you learned to a grounded place of embodiment and real change.
Through ceremony and accountability I support you in showing up for yourself day after day.
Integration in not something that happens once, it’s a practice.
The process of integration is unique for each person, and it often looks something like this:
Narrative >
Tell Your Story
Processing >
Heal Your Trauma
Embodiment >
Commit to Self Care
Purpose
Follow Your Inner Guidance

Meet Your Therapist
My name is Micheala and I work as a licensed therapist for individuals & couples. I have a background in psychedelic harm reduction and facilitation for altered states of consciousness. I previously worked at an Integrative Ketamine Clinic in Seattle as lead facilitator, hosting psychedelic integration circles and other healing events.
I have deepened my passion for the work of preparation & integration. I now create long term containers for my clients’ growth alongside their personal medicine ceremonies.
In my own healing journey, I have found that being adequately prepared for altered states, as well as integrating the lessons into my life, has made a huge difference in my growth.
